I feel like me breeding is broken. I’ve been breeding bears for about 6 months now (t3 uncommon) nonstop and have only managed 2 t3 rares out of it all. Same sex of course. Can this be right?
I believe I am doing everything right, breeding same tier and rarity, even same skill rarity. I’ve used 100’s of food cans, always when I have 2 breeding, 1 growing, and sometimes 1 adapting.
I’m at the verge of giving up. If this is how it is breeding t3 then t4 will take me over a year.
Does anybody have any other suggestions? Other than paying a lot of money for elixir?

this advice is for you specifically, lol.
current pets season will have 4x T6 pet elixirs if you end up getting premium + elite which is a good bit cheaper than buying them in vip shop. With this you could bait kodiaks and aim for a pair or two of T6 uncommons with good skills (sudden attack or bleed) and all their kids will have fert. you may have an easier time of matchmaking when they're t6 and you can see second skills to get an idea of who's a really good bear vs an adequate bear? if you've got a strong genes bear you can also throw them into the mix.
for f2p t7 players they may be able to achieve the same thing through the single pet elixir in the free section if they have the Halloween SG or polar SG bear to breed with, but it'll be harder and will potentially run into gender issues a lot faster

Yea that’s a bit of a let down really. As elixir is super expensive making breeding really only available to the wealthy. It’s a super fun feature to the game and I do enjoy the suspense when getting new pups but lately that excitement is gone 😔

There is no point of breeding pets unless u want the unique skins

the one on the hub is calculated a little better in that you get 2k points with it and sometimes you can con the hub into giving you a 10% discount

Been trying that but no luck with fert. Past t3. Just seems they could make it a bit easier to give some incentive to actually breed. Feel it’s lost all its muster after the new skill track system which I think is a real shame

True. Seams one of things that got nerfed since new skill tracks sistem. Cant really prove it or disprove it. Integrated into sistem.
If that being case even t6 elixirs are not much usefull,we will hardly get t7 bears with good skills from it.
I been breeding t3 abouth 6 weeks ,not single upgrade yet. T4s coudn get one fertile for that time.
