Chat not working

Do i need to be on wifi for chat? Cause no matter if i have 1 bar or 4 bars of 5g, it wont allow me no matter what

chat only works for me on wi-fi, on mobile data it won't work at all. it's been that way for about a year or a year and a half now (before that it worked on mobile data as well)

If u close app and restart it usualy works. If exit app but not close it wont work.

Sorry to hear that. Thats why I left a year ago. He had to work long hours coudnt play much,was more activ before.
He needs to pass aliance to more active player or have at least good deputy to orginze things.
