#Suggestion: Stockpile building in alliance base.

In my alliance there are numbers of building that were started to be upgraded, because of lack of information to another level, and stopped at the middle of the tasks. All those materials are useless unles we finish building; but some construction like 'desk' in 'bar' cannot be finished if bar is bellow level of headquarters.

Therefore I'm suggesting to develop new building, a stockpile for materials - players could put their materials here instead of any other construction,. Leadership could decide were use materials stocked in stockpile. If there would be materials that are no longer useful for alliance, there should be option to upgrade them to another level or lowered building requirements to lower level.

Yes, your point is completely clear. The issue isn’t missing information about requirements, but that once you’ve already invested all the regular materials, progress gets blocked by Fever-only materials (like papers).

When key buildings such as HQ or barracks can’t be upgraded because of that, all other buildings also get stuck, even if the alliance has plenty of normal resources available.

That’s why the idea of an alliance stockpile to store resources and decide later where to use them makes a lot of sense. It would prevent materials from being locked in a blocked building and allow progress on other constructions while waiting for Fever materials.
It’s a good suggestion, and we’ll add it to the report for the team to review.

The idea is very good. The warehouse should store materials according to the player's organization. Currently, it looks like this: Many players have quit because they are dissatisfied with the recent updates. For example, an alliance consists of 4 level 120 players and 8 players between levels 90 and 115. Only the 4 level 120 players can equip the base with resources and complete alliance tasks, since everything is on Tier 7 (except the sleeping quarters). It would be good if all players could help with construction and tasks. Example: The HQ needs 1600/2400 boards instead of 800. Tier 7 players can only supply Tier 7 boards, Tier 5 players only Tier 5 boards.

There should also be a place for leaders to store alliance resources from gold rush, and a way to trade extra resources for other ones.

A shared stockpile system where materials are stored by type and tier, and managed by leadership, would allow all members to contribute according to their progression.
The suggestion about storing Gold Rush alliance resources and allowing excess materials to be exchanged for other needed ones is also interesting. It could help prevent progression blocks when a specific resource is missing.
These additional points will be included in the report.
