Horse extra slot in town?

Hi, in town Arabella can keep 3 horses for us. We have the possibility to buy an extra slot for 100 coins plus I guess the cost of the horse sitting.
My questions:
**- It this extra slop permanent? **
Because It is kind of cheap (dont say that to the Devs 🤣), I am scared that it is an one time extra slot.
** - Is the cost of the horse sitting 100 coins? ** like the 3 first horses.
I am scared that after playing 100 I would discover that the extra horse sitting is too expensive. Then I would have spend money for nothing
PS:

1. I am super annoyed to get mainly male horses with breeding.
2. Now we can't buy in-between level horse I will have to cross T3 rare with T3 common. This new system is really bad for breeding. I think I should have just saved money and buy directly a T4 common.

The new places you buy are permanently unlocked , and placing a horse in a slot is always 100 coins . But the cost of unlocking more new spaces do increases

Thank. No I didn't. But I don't keep pets there. Now I have my 3 top up beasts and that is it. No Fertility when you go higher so I don't bother anymore to breed.
