When I give a horse to Arabella Gallopridge, do I get my saddle back, or does she keep it?

You keep it forever 🙂

Basically you don't even have to bring your horse there... You can choose remotely which one to give... Same for pets

I thought you had to actually go there, or the pet/horse would be released into the wild and not Arabella's/the naturalist

Yes you have to go there but you don't have to bring the pet(s) with you
