Even everyone removed their clones from the alliance so that I can try on every guard post

We've tried every suggestion now that has been given. its not a bug..its a flag of some sort on the account....something is a 1 instead of a 0. When they removed his account, he was in a tower. when they restored it, he was not.. and he cannot occupy towers. My suspicion is something on his account still shows him to be in a tower, when he isn't .

We've done that as a TEAM perhaps 20 times. I don't think they want to try to fix it, or don't care.

They said to give them proper video of the issue and I've provided them the full video . They just assured to me they will fix it but nope nothing happened.
The glitch is if I put anything in my clone , the clone is resetting and every food, armour and guns are vanishing

That glitch is horrible. If they can't fix the issue they should atleast transfer everything progression and resources to another account . I am frustrated and my alliance members are also . It's a huge disadvantage during raid wars because as a 121 player ive strong guns and armour that is very helpful for defending the base .
