Wave 37 is doable with epic T7 shotgun , T7 rare sets ( 5-6 ) and a hunter ring

And 38 ... is doable to , but not sure how

Overall, I've concluded that you need all the epic T7 gear to complete it. All the gear must be fully upgraded with best modules.

T7 rare armor will do . Epic shotgun is good to use there

And i'm slowly making steps towards it

Wondering if T7 ghost protection food buff (and maybe ring) are necessary. They are redundant at wave 36 and below, but at such high levels percentage-based def buffs may matter more than static damage increase

In that case T7 rare food is a bit more useful than I thought. If only motivation for going for waves 37+ could be other than achievements.

Wave 37 is mostly for snatching place 1

Even partly completed , usually grants place 1

I know. My reasoning about achievements is that right now there is no material motivation to go above and beyond in CT. Before blueprint system overhaul top1 in gold1 provided 6 rare tubes and 5 uncommon (as I recall). That cost 1.4k silver after VIP discount - insane value for roughly 0.5h of gameplay - which was worth fighting for. Current rewards are not bad, but they are not even remotely close to old ones; perhaps you'll spend more than you win. So getting top1 is nice, but fighting for it - I wouldn't.

Well, it is a matter of math to calculate how many times (i.e. weeks) you get to be top1 to recoup the expense on the gear which you unlikely to use anywhere else.

And given the number of players who can afford going for 37 will only increase, the competition may become real😉

I don't expect such a major increase . Fixing several Marshal sets is quite extreme

At least you have finished wave 36, what of we that can’t make it past wave 33. I use only 3 Sheriff set and can’t make it past wave 33 after I defeat the boss at 32

You could take a spirit bag for more running speed . If lucky you can be totally untouched

I do wave 33 with T7 common shotgun , to save humpback durability

You could even bring a trench gun

Humpback is truly needed only for 29 and 35

Any player with a hunter's ring and gear can clear level 37 with a hunter's ring. Or at least get a good score. Hahaha, players scoring 516k with a hammer.

The .38 is something else entirely. Difficult.

Some might not know that "hunter ring" also applying for the spirit animal.
So u can like kill big spirit animals with one lucky shot.
Imagine if that shot comes from shootgun. Cabooom 4-5 gone single shot.😂
Using spitrit rings and amulets,
some alliances even orginize spirit bonuse active for a week that guys wona go max on CT.

The Hunter's Ring now has a visual effect (similar to a weapon breaking)
so you can now see when the ring is triggered (I didn't see this effect in the canyon)

Hi there. Unfortunately, the current ghost animals that attack players in CT and SC are now classified as spirits rather than animals. As a result, bonuses that apply to animals no longer affect them. This includes the Hunter Luck Ring effect as well.

Is this intended or will it be fixed in the near future? If it won't be fixed soon, I really want a chance to obtain a ghost hunting ring, as I suggested some days ago. CT without a working hunting ring is a lot harder now.
