It seems like the anti cheat system is a bit out of control. It accuses, blocks and sometimes even punishes players. Many are currently blocked without doing anything wrong. As of course all of them open (at least one) a support ticket, the support team is completely under water.
To manage your expectations: I guess it will take at least 30 days until they will deal with your ticket. (Experience of about 5 players I know).
But finally your problem will be resolved and you will be able to play again.

Resources can always be recollected . But a whole account , especially level 121+ like yours ( if i remember corectly ) ... no one would ever be motivated to rebuild a whole account
