#Contributions to the alliance diminishing and being taken away from buildings.

I joined an alliance for the first time the beginning of May. I love building. So I put in long hours on the game, trying to really help out. After week 2, I noticed I had contributed more than anyone else in the alliance in 2weeks. But total contribution. The next day. We got a group message saying the mine had dropped back to level one and we needed more resources. I also noticed that my total contribution dropped over 40k. So two of us went hard to work replacing what was lost.
The only thing that was left on any of the buildings were a whole lot of ash and steel products.
Now I was seeing missing bolts of cotton and hemp fabric, and all the brown leather and black had vanished as well. Even some of the steel fasteners I had put in disappeared. I tried contacting support twice. But those messages disappeared as well. At two weeks, was over 116k, a few hours ago, I was built back up to 71K, but I just checked and it is down to 26k. No one else seems to be having their numbers drop or their donations disappearing. This is pretty demoralizing when you work that hard at something. Almost every day, I see my total drop more and more. Pretty soon it will be less than my total for the week. And I am limiting what I put in just for this reason.

Hi there, Just to explain a bit:

  1. About your total contribution:
    The points you earn from donating don’t stay forever. They slowly go down every two weeks. That’s part of the game system to make sure only active players stay high on the list. So it’s normal to see your total drop a bit over time, even if you’re still helping a lot.

  2. About the buildings losing levels and items disappearing:
    This might not be a bug. Sometimes, if the system finds a player cheating or using unfair methods, it removes the resources they added. That can cause buildings to go back to level 1 or lose materials. A message is usually sent when that happens. It could be what happened in your alliance.
