Wagon to transport safe

Is there a faster way to get a wagon so I can transport safe? The requirements are too much and it will take hell of time to finish it

The wagon has one use to stop it mid way near south and collect ore and farm

No hold wagon near shallow lake in South , when pop up event comes , else u have everything easily walkable distance in south ,

Or put wagon near Salt mine in east to play low energy rounds in saltmine
