Borderless Game window - Cursor lock etc

Hi Guys, do any of you know of a utility or of a way to launch the game so that the window in which the game opens is 'locked' (I don't play using Steam) . Currently if I move my mouse to the game window borders my taskbar or the border controls (as per pic) will become visible and sometimes this messes up my gameplay?

if you're using google play games beta then there is an option to make the game fullscreen
