Update 7.9 /Spirit Cave - got upgraded from Bronze III to Silver III without playing it

I dont know why that happend? But since i am in Silver III i cant play the Spirit Cave anymore cause i get beaten by first wave.

Not a bug, according to update 7.9 patch note If you haven't visited the Spirit Cave in a while, Devs adjusted the divisions to ensure you're placed correctly. Strong players in lower divisions will be moved up, so you can earn the best rewards as soon as you enter the Spirit Cave during the event!

Ok, but then i wonder why i got beaten in the first wave, if i get considered as stronger Player.

If it isn't a bug then it even more worse.
I play 4 months, do the cave every time and got lifted form bronze 2 to silver 1. No chance to play there, no armour, no weapons or anything that fits for it.
Only good part of it, now I don't have to waste anything for try it, thanks again to the developers for slowing down players by don't know what they do. And thanks too for telling me how to play I the speed they force players and destroy the fun out of it.

i got jumped from bronze to silver and had to up my weapons a bit - I take some of every type, and use whichever one(s) i get a good buff for.

Bronze div was a bit of a drag and i put minimal effort in compared to CT cos rewards were junk, but now I've done silver i really like the ricochet buff on a good t4+ gun--killing 6 or 7 guys with one shot is pretty fun.

I get that the rewards in the lower leagues are "meh," but in my opinion, the gold league rewards especially 2 and 1 are worth the investment. You can earn powerful armor with T6 rare equipment stats and bows in the leaderboards with 1260 DMG. I’m mentioning this because many players assume the rewards will be the same as in the lower leagues. If you don’t want to spend time and resources, I understand. Thanks for sharing your thoughts anyway.

@cinder ridge i do so too. And mostly i start with a bow on the Beginning and it was a T3 and i had Cowboy garn on and got beaten by first wave. So yes its kinda frustrating, but as i said i will look into it again.

i don't use the bow in spirit cave much as i just can't fire it fast enough for the amount of damage it does to enemies, esp before getting any buffs

saber (or any other melee apart from hammer - apache spear also works for the first few waves) shotgun, pistol/rifle are good for me, usually i can get a good buff for at least 1 of them early on.

i hope this helps a bit - i went from indifferent to spirit cave to looking forward to it now I made it out of bronze div 😂
