It would be good if there was a bench which could increase the bp lvl of sth that has a lvl lower than what you have unlocked
e.g. you have a gun with bp 5 and you crafted it 3 months ago;now you have its bp with lvl 30 and want to upgrade the old gun's bp lvl instead of crafting it again
