Regarding continuous issue with missing rewards, I'm curious why devs do not announce this suggestion public? Lots of people just jump in to get the rewards and then turn off the app which obviously cause the issue and hundreds of support requests every week. It never happened to me again when I followed this suggestion. Simple solution, but dealing with multiple complaints after every competition window is probably no big deal.

I justo have one simple request/petition/ etc.
Could You pleaaaase stop strong genes horses on season pass? Wolves still have not strong genes... Dogs are still only with real money.... Many adv players only use the strong genes on horses to dupe strong tier/rareness horse f2ply... But taking time and effort creating aspects on strong genes horses is useless since it is overwritten by last strong genes parents or it is a random genes fight.... We still have not a horse sanctuary to save our horses for money outside our ranch (like naturist camp for pets) now with SO many strong genes horses (and the lack to control which genes we want to keep on going) and the t6 and SO many points needed to unlock the horses is completely and fully needed more than ever before

Yes, it's possible, but since this is a boreal item, the chances of getting it through regular common tubes are low. For a higher chance, you should open common boreal tubes.

I’m not sure for the rest, but AppStore (iOS) has an option to request a refund even after few days from the purchase(if I remember i did it within a week).

Make sure to state a reason that you want a refund, due to a misleading offer. I think it fits the category. With raids like this and being lower tier player this is unplayable.

Input outweighs the output. Waste of RL time invested in playing, waste of energy, resources to invest in weapon/armor reparation.

Perhaps as SC yields what devs consider a fair amount of sulphur, in one of the future updates they should introduce SC as only source of this valuable resource.

It would balance the game and increase sale promotion of in game shop.

Trashy update. Bad pass rewards, daily quests and events way harder with rewards that not worth, and the bandits, especially at the raid, are insanelly buffed for the same trashy rewards. Seens it was an update made just to f*** the low and mid level players.

I keep upgrading my walls. Then after a bit they go back to previous lvl. So for the past few days I keep losing rss. Just to build walls that want to revert to their previous tier.

Also trying to put in a report isn't helpful through the game, the automated service has no one to actually help.

@granite gorge after i look at tungsten related to craft all parts and related to farm it. Its really not balance and not fair at all. If 1 run to earn tungsten get 4 to 10 but at the cost of weapons and armor durability + energy + potion, especially those that us t6 sets gear and weapon. Basically they earn tungsten just barely for repair for their equipment for 2x run. Its not cost efficient at all compare to t1 to t5 map when we are at same lvl from t1 to t5 map. Its more disadvantage for players. Example the need to craft t6 gear cost from 1 to 4 tungsten ingot > tungsten fastener that cost 2x from tungsten ingots. With the earn 1 run from 4 to 10 tungsten ore we earns its not enough to do it. Its need 2x runs if lucky if not 3x to 4x runs to farm tungsten ore.

In my opinion 1x run to denali mountain would be fair if developer increase the earn of tungsten around 15 to 20. It would be balance. Unless if developer only put their self in end game players and pay 2 win players the results would be everything is enough. Try put in players just enter t6 rather than put ur self in end game players. Its 2 different things and very big gap between those 2.

If 2 run only get 8 tungsten, its not enough to repair all equipment that use to run to denali mountain. 8 tungsten ore > 4 tungsten ingots> 2 tungsten fastener = wasn't enough at all to repair. If we have 4 parts of t6 armor + 2 gun t6 to be repair, do u think how much do we need tungsten ore???? I am almost f2p.But grinding tungsten are not hard. In fact, it's pretty easy.

@tulip compass Hey, I understand your concerns about farming tungsten. But why do you use T6 armor? Personally, I use T4 stealth armor to farm tungsten ore with a wini epic or rare. Per set, I farm like 120-150 ores. Also, take a pet if you want; I recommend the coyote and NGL farming tungsten is kinda easy. This is just my way of farming tungsten. This doesn't mean I won't forward your suggestion and feedback to the devs—I will. Thanks for your feedback!

All food items provide cold protection, but if you aren't wearing cold protection armor, the effect from the food will wear off quickly. Some foods offer extra cold protection that lasts longer.

A single food item is sufficient; using two foods with different levels of cold protection won't stack because the higher protection points will override the lower one. Therefore, taking both isn't a good option. Since Caribou is expensive, it's better to take Grilled Meat, which is cheap. With Gunslinger providing some cold protection points, Grilled Meat can last for about 50 minutes to an hour.

The only reason I'm doing the Battle Pass is for the T5 perk elixir. The rest of the rewards aren't good, and getting horses every single time is annoying. It would be better if we could store horses like we store animals at the Naturalist Camp. The Premium Pass isn't worth my money because there's nothing new or unique to get next time buff the rewards and give us something useful to spend money on.

The change to allow exchanging T5 for T6 materials is a good one, so thanks for that.

Regarding the T6 rare blueprint drops, before the update, the chances of getting a T6 rare blueprint from a regular rare tube were around 40% or something like that. Now, per stack, we get 0-1-2 T6 rare blueprints, which are very low and feel like a waste of coins. Getting T6 rare blueprints now feels almost impossible. Please either increase the chances of getting T6 rares from regular tubes or introduce rare Boreal tubes that can be obtained in the VIP shop or bought with coins in town.

@granite gorge was the algorithms changed for opening rare blueprint tubes with this update? I know I won’t get top tier stuff every time but since this latest update I haven’t gotten a single t5 bp. And I’ve opened ALOT along with a lot of others I’ve talked to. No one seems to be getting t5or better rare bps when opening tubes since update.

In perspective I’ve opened 16 just today. Majority were t2 or t3. Usually multiples of the same thing back to back.

Whats your lvl? Mine is 120 and i usually got 1-2 each 20 BP... But the whole july i spent 60 rare BP and not a single t6

We need earlier updates about rare tubes. Not only t6 but even t5 have a lower appearance rate. This is information from a clanmate. This is obviously strange. I can't wait for the next update. If this is unintentional and a bug, then what we've paid so far is definitely a waste. We were buying it to get Blueprints with the previous rate.

Regarding the low drop chances for T6 rare blueprints, the developers have clarified that the chance to get T6 rare blueprints from regular rare tubes is quite low. They mentioned that getting 1-2 T6 blueprints from a stack of 20 regular tubes is normal and expected. However, I don't have any information about changes to T5 blueprint drop rates.

I’m level 95. Everyone is having the same issue getting t5 blueprints since update. Some aren’t even getting t4.

All my t4 gear is level 10+ yet I have no t5 gear. How does that work? Yesterday 16 tubes. I got 4 sharps rifle Bp and 3 colt Patterson along with a 3 cowboy back pack and bear suit gear. How am I supposed to progress if I can’t get t5 gear?

That’s just an example of yesterday’s openings. It’s been that way since 7.8 came out.

This is going a little bit out of control I'm defending with t4 and my best gear so far and they still do alot of damage per hit also they r almost lvl max t5 bandits when I'm only lvl 67
The loot is always T3 for some reason so it doesn't even help
The game is close to unplayable because of raids I really don't know what the devs r waiting for it's almost September

This is what I use to defend btw I'm T3 and didn't even unlock T4 yet

Raids r supposed to be rewarding if I'm using 40% or 30% of my T4 gun every time for 7 sugar and a bunch of useless T3 then what's the point

I'm T6 level 112 & tried my luck with one of my rare tubes: rolled an English Sabre T4 & reroll was a T3 Bear Fur Coat.. Hahaha.. Rare Tubes are a joke at my level. Probably best not to open any more till level 117/120 😀

Hello, after completing the diggers den I got some canned food. I was hoping it would help me finish the "gather canned food" quest on the boreal trail challenge (stage 1).
But I was stunned when the quest won't finish! And I can't move on to stage 2!
Please help me, it's already been a day and a half since it happened and I pay for vip days, I don't want them to go to waste

I've been to many hideouts already... Never had canned food. Thanks for checking the issue and that it counts correctly for you, but, how come it doesn't count for me? Maybe because I won some in the Season of Abundance quests? Anyway, It's clearly a bug. I would be happy to give more info and solve it so I could move on with the Boreal Trails...

it is bug if at the moment of the chest it is opened (any quest that requires you to gather/pick up/collect etc and it is found inside a chest). you have full back pack. In other words this might be your case:
You have full backpack, you opened the chest you saw the canned food /// at this moment the items count are lost// it doesn't matter if you changed the canned food for something in your inventory or deleted some item or store it anywhere and come back for them.
