Passive Health Regen at Ranch

So I was thinking it would be really great quality of life change if they added an overtime HP regen at our own Ranch. All other survival games have also implemented it and is especially helpful for new players.
They could make this mechanic related to furniture, the more beds/chairs/etc. you have the more health per second/minute you would acquire.
