#How do enemies level up?

I'm still fairly new to the game and I read somewhere that enemies scale up with the player level and I wonder is it true?
And if it is when do they start to become stronger?
And do zones have a certain level cap to them?
Thanks in advance

Also , enemies in events will be scaled based on your personal level

enemies get harder by region:

dried forest and north of Rocky Pass 50-65(animals)
South of old bridge 70-85(animals)
East, swamps 90-105(animals)
boreal wilds 90+(bandits) 110- 140(animals)

# dire quiver So let's just say that I'm level 43 and in a timed event I should expect level 4...

If I remember correctly, in timed events there are several lvls.
For example: old road/train attack etc lvl 40, lvl 60, lvl 80, lvl 100
Usually the events lvl up to the next difficulty when you pass the last lvl by a few.
Meaning: if your character hits lvl 45 , the events become lvl 60 until your character gets to lvl 65 and then the events become lvl 80.

It’s not exactly like this but more or less.
