Horse Breeder ?

I’ve got the rare t3 draft horse unlocked and can buy direct from trader but the uncommon and rare ones aren’t available in the stable. Only the common. Pretty sure all my riding horses unlocked at the same time.
Problem is I have all females and all she selling is female
