it's actually a sync issue, it can be fixed, Your leader or your clan member needs to put resources into the buildings (with your presence required), and once the resources have been allocated, the buildings will become normal again, granting you access to them.

That’s a horrible function. Our leader isn’t active. It’s basically a dead alliance except me and 2 others. Devs really need to fix this.
