Lately this game is kind of bugged. This exact thing happened to me to when I suffered an alliance attack. When I got my chance to return the attack I couldn’t enter enemy base (the “Enter” button simply didn’t execute). Restarted the game and tried to enter base again, and it said “ongoing attack by alliance member”. Afterwards the attack report looked like yours. Didn’t bother to send a report.
