A rather simple suggestion: throwables
- there would be 2 types, metal and potions
Metal:
3 variations, knives, axes and chain balls
Knives:
- very fast to use, short interval between use and fast projectile speed
- rather cheap, only costing a couple items
- applies a permanent bleeding effect (untill the enemy dies), stacks up to 5 times
Axes:
- slower than knives, taking a few seconds between each use
- slightly more expensive than knives
- applies a permanent bleeding effect, stacking up to 2 times
- applies a "deep wounds" effect that decreases the healing recieved for the enemy with this effect
Chain balls:
- very slow to use, taking multiple seconds between use
- expensive, costing a rare "chain" material
- applies a slowing effect that lasts for 20 seconds, slowing the enemy by 50%
- applies a "weak" effect, decreasing the attack speed of the enemy for 20 seconds
Potions, a special type of throwable made by natives of the wild west, rare but powerfull, 5 types, all are very slow to use
Acid potion, made from very rare herbs of the south, deadly and acidic
- leaves a pool of acidic liquid on the ground lasting 15 seconds before seeping into the ground
- acid deals damage over time and slowing down the enemy
- fumes from the acid decrease healing efficiency and attack speed of your enemy....and you
Sticky potion, made from glue and a mix of secret herbs by the natives, used during hunting to make catching prey easier
- leaves a pool of glue that decreases the enemy (and your) movement speed by 75% when stepped on, permanent when standing on the pool of glue, lingers for 2 seconds when stepping out of it
Slippery potion, made from a mix of water, wendingo saliva and coyote urine, very disgusting
- leaves a pool of slippery liquid, has a chance to make the enemy (or you) slip and fall, stunning for 3 seconds
