Hello, how can I add workbench gears? Do I have to produce it or is it something you get in a mission?

Workbench gears are no longer available in the bandit stash, or stone outpost. Tier 3 gears from northern outpost, tier 4 from interfluve, tier 5 from cultist camp. Now, Canyon Trails leaderboard rewards also include a workbench gear.
