Anyone knows what will be the benefits of opening “Boreal wild”? As I understand you have to gather vaccines to help citizens of Teklanika, then you will be shown a shortcut to town… but what exactly will we profit from it? Extra storage?! Mine for gold, as we do in existing mines, some new way of trade,…?

You will gain access to areas to farm T6 resources which in turn let you make T6 items, which will be the strongest items in the game

I hope there will be something else; I don't know, a new store, a factory to exchange gears, a furnace to melt metal scrap, a hospital that actually works, a new bench to unlock there.

I don't want another Deepwater, that place is boring, and they have a boat and sawmill there! How is it possible that devs don't think of doing anything with that?

Hmm, I haven’t look at it this way, but interesting point. For now only T6 resource I can think of is alligator skin(though I’m not 100% sure it is), which is found in swamps of Deepwater. And there isn’t much of such resources/products with exception of rubber and industrial parts. Hope Boreal wild wont be just another storage/trading location.
It would be awesome, if it was indeed for T6 resources. Or better, mine for collecting gold nuggets.

There are a few ways to get gold yes, but not by mining, as it is the case with iron, chromite, etc.

If T6 isnt for end game players then its a failure. Gold is useless for them.

Collecting in alliance, gets you nowhere. Competing in CT, SC and goldrush likewise (latter especially if alliance safe is limited in capacity)… so yes, my creativity wishes for gold mining.
