I did the mission for tar guy silverton and traded for one at the guy that sells mining material like blocks to granite.Was wondering if he will be the one with the rest of the tar.Am reffering to the mining material guy cause the original tar man dont have any more missions for me to get?Any tips concerning the finding of tar?

Jason Graham the wood trader sells the tar buckets I think, unless it was changed,
