Tryna get a good amount of heals for any adventure I need and I been recently going to the dried forest to farm t3 herbs and sometimes t4 in shallow lake but my armor and weapon costs get expensive over time and I don’t wanna use my good armor and weapons for just farming.
#What is the most efficient way to farm heals t3 and 4 along with canteens

Go to shallow lake , if you have 85 spirits , you can easily farm t4 heals

Go farm dried forest
T2 enes and 55lvl lenx and u will found more canteens there then other dangerous places

Shallow lake is best, get all the Matricaria chamomillas you can(kill the bandits for the cotton cloths then you can make bandages), and canteens are easy to get just farm rough skins at pine forest and forest lake- kill the blacktailed hares(give a skin every time), boars, coyotes, and make the cheap leathers at the leather dryer workbench and then canteens with the leathers
Also, you can farm agastaches in the north, one or two of the areas up there has lots of them
and lastly you need corn and whiskey to make alcohol to combine with the plants to make the ointments 👍
