Have to make them from medical herbs. They can also be eaten raw, but they don't give much vale. Have you built the tables?

@echo burrow yea I have built the needed table but when I go harvest medical herbs I get attack by wolves and scavengers which then I have to use the herbs and I can’t craft

@dull quartz put 5 points in spirit and you can farm tier 1 medicinal herbs on Pine Forest without the animals attacking you
