I somehow found a way to fix this, but I am not sure how "definitive" and "correct" it is.

Changing the Primitive Capsule Hull to Character Hull.

Also added a Custom Barrier and adjust Navigation to prevent enemies from going through Kukulkan. All enemies around the arena use Blocked by Custom Barrier.
