Thinking about getting some hamburger out of the freezer and making something like a mixture of stuffed burgers/stuffed meatloaf. Make 4 thick patties & make depressions in middle of each, fill it with cheese, garlic & onions, then place another patty on top of it-- make 2 like that, pour French Onion soup over them & bake them in oven like a meatloaf. Then probably cooked spinach for the veggie with the meal. I'll work on the recipe and see what will work & get back with you after I construct & deconstruct the recipe in my head today.

The top didn't stick to the edges of the bottom half too well, so there is a little but of work getting it out of the pan.
Ground beef mixed with bread crumbs, 2 eggs & a little Worcestershire sauce along with chopped green onion (aka scallions), minced garlic & garlic & herbs seasoning. Half was spread on the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish, then the Asiago cream spinach was spread out, along with 4 slices of sharp cheddar & baby Swiss cheese. Then the remaining half of the beef was spread out on top to seal the entire thing to make it "stuffed".

Told my wife I planned on fish, mac & cheese & spinach for dinner. She says the spinach is already sitting out-- that's what she wanted for dinner tonight. Made some homemade tartar sauce too- Mayo, pickle relish & lemon juice. Turned out better than my last batch. In fact, tastes better than some of the sauce I've bought in the store before.... Wonder if I could get rich bottling my own tartar sauce????

I just use all-purpose flour for everything since that is the most common type of flour in US grocery stores.

Got a good choice tonight. A nice baked chicken. About 4-6 pounds, it will be nicely seasoned with a dry rub and a full stick of butter, spices & salt inside the chicken to give it a good flavor from the inside out too.
