I Shockwaved into them going off the barrel roll jump, and continued to Shockwave when they tried to 360 me on a ramp. Not only did I lose speed (or they continued to accelerate while 360ing to catch me up when I overtook them) but I got knocked down despite still having a quarter bar left of Nitro to Shockwave with.

What you see is most likely his account getting full reset. So that report a bit worked.
But it doesn't stop him from further cheating and ruining the rankings. I dont understand why GL just locks these unlimited series to people who don't have a certain garage or rep Level.
