Actually it depends upon how the way you drive according to the track, do you prefer shockwaves over nitros etc, so yeah tracks also impact your position if you're used to of driving the same way.

i do complain about things like garage update that went from level 8 to 18 and in patch notes was a line that "best part is that each level up get you x5 premium packs" then get the update and go 8 levels up but get only x5 premium packs and not like in patch notes as the best part and x40 packs
