@zenith hare too bad you weren't my neighbor. I have a clean install copy of Win10 on a flash drive & 2 spare hard drives that I took out of both Toshiba laptops I retired. Even with the one batteries catching fire & me putting 10 bullets through it, the hard drive came out undamaged & still worked.

I have 2x Win 10 machines with 4 gb ram and 1 with 8 gb in my house. Son has tried to play Roblox on all 3. Unplayable on one of the 4 gb machines, decent on another, runs awesome on the 8gb laptop. Roblox likely has lower requirements than A9, given that it can run on a Fire tablet and A9 cannot.

With Ram though its very much a case where it could be cheaper to buy a 4 GB machine and an 8 gb stick to replace it than it is to buy a 8 GB machine.
That's what I did for my son's laptop we got him for Christmas. Got a super cheap black friday deal with decent chip and HD, replaced the ram with a better stick myself.
Got a low end Ryzen + 128 SSD + 8GB ram for $250 (US) total. Can always buy another ram stick to double it to 16 for another $30. It won't run any AAA games, but stuff like A9/Minecraft it runs great.
