Stock stats really don't tell you anything. Remains to be seen how it stars up. I mean, Evo had rubbish nitro at low stars.
Zenvo top speed and acceleration probably max in the 415-420 and 80 area, which is good if the other stats come up strong. Because both its handling and nitro stock are horrid. But at least one of them has to to justify its max rank in the 4500+ area.

The best measure for this game is rank. Top speed at stock is a relatively real stat. If you know a cars rank, you know how it performs generally. The rebalances they've done have specifically been to make a car perform more like its rank.
Except for the Sin, it performs nothing like its rank.
