Apple only makes 1 version- the iPhone, so it's easier to set the fps on that device than it is on Android. Game can't detect what type of Android you use, so setting 60 fps for an Android device that can't support it will cause that device to have issues in gameplay, but ALL Android devices can run 30 fps
