@hollow stream so far none of Gameloft's franchises support cross platform play. Fortnight is one of the most recent online games that is capable of cross platform play. I have no clue if Gameloft will incorporate that in future games or not.

I just played some multiplayer. It was the first race out of 20 races that i played against more than 2 players. I thought that i finally had a chance to win, and get a decent amount of points... It was in the last 20 seconds of the game, I was 2nd, and i took a ramp, and i would have landed just on top of him, but 1 second before I would land and knock him down, he gets bad internet, and got the anti-knockdown protection.... and then instead of getting points, i lost points... This game sometimes pisses me off.

@pliant epoch If he had a Wi-Fi sign above his car, it's interference. If the red beam, perhaps a cheater. He has a teleport installed. If you use a VPN connection in the game, then you will often have such a trouble. I'm dealing with that, too 😉

@harsh perch I think you should try changing the region to, like United States in Settings, delete A9 app, reinstall via Microsoft Store after changing the region setting. Some of the Russian guy DM me about the problem like yours. Idk for your case tho but that guy says it works. If it works, then you'll be lucky. Some of the countries, like in Russian that a guy had DM me, had a problem viewing the game in A9 on their MS Store in his region. So that's why A9 in MS Store won't show up.

I'm scratching my head over some of the other posts players have put up (example-- see my reply to one player above). Since the Mods have nothing to do with the game itself, my only guess for you is to try to contact Customer Care & hope they reply in a fairly reasonable amount of time. We're trying to keep players from constantly tagging Deniss and Mina all the time fir every little issue, but we may have to have the devs involved since this problem is getting to be fairly common & kinda serious.

@sick pollen that is because of an age restriction. Apparently when your A9 account was created, an age <16 was entered. You must be at least 16 to play MP, TLE & join a club.

@sick pollen if you are older than 16, you can contact Customer Care via the in-game link to request a correction to the age. If you are not older than 16, then a parent or guardian will more likely have to contact CC via the website, or in-game link.

this is unreal from gameloft . we wouldn't mind not having the today or even tomorrow also as long as ios and android are on the same page .but i can clearly see that the focus is mainly on ios and android as they have larger database . there could have been no harm in delaying the update for ios and android even when it is ready as the only thing players hate more than anything , is unfairness to a specific platform

2. You're repeating a race on career so that's why you can't earn points

The sand FX is causing a extreme amount of lag

on the beach specifically

There is probably a overload onto the engine

That ferris wheel and then the yahoo airplane with the sand FX is probably causing the place to take a ton of resources

So ever since the update dropped I've had this problem where the club rewards from the credit races, even though I already claimed them on the previous day, still pop up and say that they're unclaimed. When I click on the event it brings me straight to club rewards page instead of the normal page. Here are some screenshots. San Francisco was yesterday and today is Shanghai. The Shanghai club rewards I haven't claimed but the San Francisco was I have. The only way I've managed to get the "claim" thing to go away is to restart the game.

@placid fable-- you can try these solutions &;see if it helps. Follow them precisely to make sure everything is properly cleared from the cache.

Fully Uninstall the game then do these 2 solutions & reboot computer BEFORE attempting to reinstall the game. This will (hopefully) clean any corrupted files that may be still being accessed when you try to load A9. Then make sure you are only installing the game via Microsoft Store & not by a link or 3rd party applications.

Solution 1. Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

Solution 2. Remove temporary files.

Temporary files are automatically deleted after exiting an application or a game. However, restarting your computer without exiting an active Windows session won't delete temporary files. These files may cause issues running games on Windows 10.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
Select System, and then select Storage.
Select This PC and click on Temporary files.
Select Temporary files.
Click Remove files.
Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Please either keep all seasons as short/long as possible. Players are unevenly distributed, reaching LL is much harder facing 1-2 players at a time. Manual drivers are usually first to reach higher leagues and Windows doesn't have many of them.

The Caribbean course graphics issue is corrected by turning resolution down to 70 percent , Gameloft emailed me and said it will be corrected in next update. Also they said they would also address the Viking ad ( that starts with dead bodies under water with wreckage ) that causes the computer to lock up , mean while I close the program when it starts and restart the game to avoid lockup.

I have nothing against Pro Team, I have nothing against rewarding skilled and dedicated players for what they do. I am also fully aware of how depopulated the Windows platform is. There is a serious flaw, however, in the way that multiplayer is run that causes a leaderboard like this The supposed “rebalancing” of the matchmaking system that locks platinum and legend league has really just made multiplayer worse. Once a player reaches platinum the field of play decreases drastically and the amount of points lost or gained becomes stricter. This makes reaching legend league nearly impossible. In fact, many players do not even try. There was a large block of players in the Aventador J season that just stayed around 1400 rating. Crossing the gold league/platinum league barrier later on in the season causes you to drop nearly 500 places at once.
I am not saying that reaching legend league should be easy. However, for a game that is so heavily special-currency reliant, it is mere lunacy that not even the top 8 players receive legend league rewards.

Screen resolution choice is made based on PC specs too. If you want 1440p with 120Hz then you need to have a PC that can run any game on at least 120 fps
