When you are loading a race and you tab out, when you get back and the race starts, there are no engine sounds. Pls fix!!!

And also buffed on acceleration if im not wrong. The only nerf was a bit of handling and that's it

It’s actually annoying and when the game matches you with platinums then you can’t really do much

Especially now that racing is no knockdowns now

@vestal carbon the update says you can look forward to it, and they have options to tweak MP now. It's not implemented on current season yet. Watch the FB video they released with their developers

Let me add two more issues...

1. In the top menu, the UI shows me an exclamation mark on the shop, but, even after checking out the entire store, it doesn't disappear.
2. Similarly, I'm getting the exclamation mark on the B class button in my garage, although absolutely no new upgrades are available.

@vital hedge It depends on hardware you using and/or tweaks you applied via third-party optimization program. For me, i'm running it without problems since the second update comes, but occasionally crash during gameplay. I'm using a laptop with AMD APU processor, even it's quite odd for me.

Some players in my club say that it's like just public test since Asphalt Team makes more of these changes including SlipStream mode, no knockdown and rate drops in multiplayer and many more experiments they have to make improvements for the game.

@supple plume I use a ps3 controller to play. This can be helpful for others who want to play with a controller. Xbox controllers should automatically work but if it doesn’t you can easily find drivers off of Microsoft’s website I believe. I have SCP Toolkit installed which allows you to install drivers to a DualShock 3 or 4 controller

@fast trench I’m not sure why you are looking in that particular area. If you want to manually change game settings it’s in another path that I can’t remember atm but I want to say appdata

@fast trench drive on Rome and compare the road. The cobblestone is the most immediately obvious. AA in A9 uses FXAA, a very cheap (performance wise) AA option that blurs the edges instead of performing actual anti-aliasing like MSAA, SMAA or SSAA.

Hey developers, some members in our club are mentioning their reputation points not adding to the overall club reputation points with this new club season. Is this related to the overall sync bug on server side?

They are playing and gaining reputation points for MP and Event races which is working fine locally even increasing their reputation level but their club score representation is stuck either on some arbitrary number or might even be zero for some members. Can you people look into it? Windows Platform. Restarting the game or uninstalling/reinstalling hasn't worked. Please look into it and fix it asap. Thank you!

Xbox has to have permission to allow chat with the Win version of this game. Go to xbox.com> Settings> Privacy and Online Safety> Make sure to select "everybody" under "others can communicate with voice, text or invites and save. That SHOULD allow chat to work correctly in the game.

Team chat was a big issue in the version last summer & that is what the GL Team found that was causing team chat issues & what we make sure is still set correctly when sny chat issues pop up. Microsoft has a bad habit of automatic updates changes settings now & then causing issues with programs installed on the PC. Worse than Facebook sometimes

I've found a bit of an issue on windows, after completing an event if you try to click "next" quickly after it shows up, it stays grey for a bit then doesn't go to the next page, so you have to click it again to actually continue. If this was done on purpose then please change it so that you don't have to click it twice. I don't know if this is the case for other platforms like ios or android but I've been facing this problem ever since I updated A9.

@surreal apex Have you tried press ESC button on the keyboard (B button on Xbox or supported controller) to skip that screen? It will sometimes skips the screen that are querying ad for double rewards when you click Next if the ad fetcher is taking longer than usual.

This update and its "bad connection" issues has cost me multiple races, I was 1st and go to last in the blink of an eye, the lag is horrid and I'd rather go back to the way it was before. And this Bugatti event is bogus.

I dont have disconnection issues but MP with TD is impossible. I got to platinum but thats it. Always start in the last position at start with more disadvantages like. Ig i even manage to win this and TD dont ruin it for me i still get less points then a guy who would start from 1st position in start. Then if i manage to get past the pack then my car is turning to a very fragile glass that i get KD to dead last and then i can manage to get one or 2 positions back and lose a lot of points still.

I think i played something 15 race in a row yesterday and ended up 1205 rank in MP while at first i was 1320. Sorry but as this TD is so broken i have no fun to play MP at all. And i understand that you devs want everyone to play that mode. When you dont balance the game with manual and TD but still mix it in the servers then why you think anyone will have fun in this game ?

I have always last position so i manage mostly to get in 4th place in the end and that rewards me with up to 5 points. But when i lose to 5th or 6th place i already lose over 10 points. It feels as frustrating then the NFS NL play versus ghost where computer choose a opponent that will do 1-2 seconds better times then your best time so your guaranteed to lose and in there you lose always more then win. Same feels in here lose once and then need to win 2-3 in a row to get these lost points back

Hello, today I played Asphalt 9 as always and after few hours I wanted to go play again but game crashed right after launch. So I restarted my PC -> that didn't work, I reinstalled the game and it also didnt work. I tried every possible solutuon that I could find but nothing worked. Sometimes it crashes few seconds after gameloft logo shows up and sometimes when loading screen with ferarri shows. Once even in-game music started playing but right after that it crashed. The crash happens all the time. The game cannot open since yesterday afternoon. Installation and uninstallation-reinstallation won't work and there is nothing problematic with the computer or Windows either.

I made it work. Download RestoreWindowsPushtoInstallServiceWindows10 and run it as Admin. Afterwards, reboot your PC. Hope this helps.

I suspect it was due to his Lb position in one of the events that were 'cleansed' of hackers. Match make needs to find players from closer locations

then there be no issues like being left behind in start

I have good optical 100mb both ways connection but still i get to play a lot in servers where my connection is yellow or even red

Seems like my geographical location is setting me in a Russian region so match make is setting me up with Russians and Chinese

As we have no control over where we want to play. As there is no option to have only European servers

With Touch Drive there is no love for the controls and cant make it under last credit reward with other cars like icona and centenario

Then use Chiron that dont do the 5th credit time in every day. And in days where it can make 5th reward time then game ruining it by crashing the car
