Ads not working properly in google play games beta atm. They run for 2-3 seconds and then auto-close without giving rewards. FYI. [Edit] Ads that are causing an issue seem to be for a certain company. So maybe nothing can be done.

Just so you know, the higher your rating the less rating you would get and more rating you would lose if you didn't get first place and it depends on the lobby too so even if you got second you would still get -2 to -4

My reflexes always go up if I lower them, the game crashes when I finish, whether I'm playing or not doing anything, it always crashes. I've had these damn flickering problems ever since this stupid update came out, and none of the staff have given me an answer or a solution to stop them. I don't have any corrupted drivers, nothing's wrong with me anymore. Please fix your game already, I'm fed up, and I don't know if I speak for many others with the same problems, but please do something already! We want to play your game without any problems. These both settings remain low and half cooked across all settings even at Ultra settings.
The traffic car looks very clear and sharp even though my car are at 500kmph.
Look at the dramatic change in graphics in Asphalt 9 from lowest to max settings especially the nitrous difference.

Yeah, so that’s why you are getting visual artifacts and glitches. You need a good cpu/dedicated gpu for this game. Check the system requirements

After looking at those videos, you either have corrupted cache files or possible hardware heat issue
I would try clearing the games cache files and DirectX cache first, you might also try setting ALL graphics setting to min/low just for testing.

To clear the cache files goto Windows > Setting > Storage > Temporary Files
Make sure DirectX shader Cache is checked and at top click Remove files.
Next goto Windows > Settings > Apps > Installed apps
Find Asphalt Legends and click the ... at right then Advanced options
Look for Reset section and click Repair, note if you click Reset you will need to setup all custom game settings you had.
Now run the game and see if you still have the graphic issues.

If you do then I would suggest downloading and installing HWiNFO64 from hwinfo.com
It's free software that will monitor your hardware, with it you can check on hardware temperatures, I really suspect you have a heat issue with either your Graphics card/chip or the CPU - reason being, you are only seeing corrupted textures when you are racing, your garage showed no issues, yet once you started a race the corruption appeared.

Thanks anyway. Yes, my computer sometimes overheats, but I've already deleted a lot of junk files. Now, I'll try that configuration thing; hopefully it works... because I don't have the money for another one. What surprises me is that this is happening now, since it didn't happen before, at least not so frequently. When Asphalt 9 was upgraded to Unite, it did happen, and I wasn't the only one. After that, it was somewhat normal but manageable, but now the screen literally goes dark for any little thing in the game. And the worst part is that I've played games with higher specs on this computer in the past, and I never had any problems with lag, bugs, etc. I don't know what the heck is going on now...

Its possible that a driver or something updated recently which changed some software related things. But I really recommend getting a newer computer. In all honesty, it’s getting harder and harder to even do productivity, let alone gaming on older i3 machines. Also with only 8 gigs of ram, windows is going to be almost constantly using half of that

You're not alone. This has happened to me several times. I've lost many places in MP when my car just turns into the wall or moves over and I miss the nitro canister, etc. without touching the keys. Just happened in MP and f**ked up my finish place. Very frustrating and getting to a point where playing isn't worth it.

I emailed customer care and afterward the Windows Store version started working again. They told me to try a bunch of things I already tried but I was able to get back into the game without the Windows Update disabled error code. I had 11 blueprints in the first star which i remember earning some of from the last St. Patrick event. And some from other small events. And today Brabham unfortunately got removed. And many people did get their key. However i'am a victim of this specific bug. I did not get my key. I did try switching devices between mobile and computer. I did restart couple times. I raced once and waited to see if that might've done but nope. I found myself here and i want the key for the car. When we are looking to buy Epic upgrades in the legend store, would be nice if we could see how many we have of that EIP in our stash, or even better would it be if we could see how much we still need to golden our car (so basically counting the total (still empty) EIP slots for the car (no matter if slots are unlocked or not) + number of the same eips in the stash). Because once we golden that car the EIP become useless... I'm getting random crashes. Each crash creates 1 or several nvlddmkm errors in Event Viewer. There are no other entries just before the errors. I can be in a race or just navigating the menus. My graphics settings were all on High but I'm currently trying Medium. Nvidia Control Panel settings are all default. It's Windows 11. It's been doing this since 1st October. I thought it might be something to do with Windows Update but can't find any installations on that date. In fact I can't find anything special about that day. No downloads or driver updates. The game is the only thing that causes the crash and error. It doesn't matter whether anything else is running or not. I've tried different driver versions for the GeForce RTX 3050 but they all do the same. I used DDU to uninstall each time. I've wasted hours going through various forums and trying all the BS that is suggested will fix but no joy. I can't use System Restore because there aren't any restore points before that date. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what I can do to stop it? Any help greatly appreciated. 🙂

Gameloft, you really need to fix your server. Many players, myself included, have been complaining for months about how a game can restart on its own up to three times in less than an hour. And the worst part is the constant spam of the annoying "Your connection is low or unstable" message. It's ridiculous, since I even play with an Ethernet cable, I have 50 Mbps internet speed, and I'm the only one in the house using the internet. That annoying message even causes me to lose multiplayer races because the players behind me catch up or even overtake me because of the constant connection spam.PLZ do your job.

You probably already did that, as it's the most common solution. Try reinstalling the game, or clearing the game data and cache. Or even uninstall the game, clear the Microsoft Store cache, and download it again. I've never encountered that error because my graphics card was integrated with the processor, and I hope I don't experience anything similar since I'll probably start using an RTX 3060 Ti next month.😅

Try the following:

1. Windows Key -> type Edit power plan. Change display and sleep settings to never, and go into advance power settings and check that Display turn off is set to never, PCI Express to off, sleep to never and disable, and hard disk to 0.
2. Go to settings -> System -> Power, change power settings to never/off etc.

It was already set to that. 😢 When I said the settings were all default, I should have said the quality settings. That was one setting that wasn't default.

I've been tweaking the other settings. The problem is, the crash is random. So there's no immediate way of knowing whether a change I make is helpful or not. These are the current settings.

In Spotlight Nevera Time Attack stage there is a condition to make barrel rolls, but also a Nevada track, where there are no barrel ramps. Even doing forced barrels of the flat ramps is nearly impossible (even with MD) on that specific track. You should just stop generating those conditions randomly or seriously improve the algorithm. These things keep happening. Also, why million different conditions for one reward? What does GameLoft gain by turning their driving game into the worst toxic memory game in the world?

Still getting this nvlddmkm error. The last thing I tried was downloading the Nvidia driver from the laptop manufacturer rather than from Nvidia, as the driver is specific to my laptop. But no difference. The one thing I did note is the spike in the GPU when it occurs. As you can see, the laptop is handling the game perfectly. Then the error happens out of nowhere. Any ideas?

Nvidia has suggested Debug Mode and reverting the overclocked settings In Armoury Crate Manual Mode to default. We'll see if that makes any difference.

UPDATE - It's been a week now with no error. So it looks like the error was a result of overclocking the GPU. I did have everything maxed tbf, but it passed stress tests so I figured it would be ok. Maybe it can be overclocked without issue, just not as much as I was doing. Hope this helps others.

I speak these words on behalf many people I know who play these game. For the past few months the state of mp1 and mp2 have absolutely been disgusting. Overlooking the poor optimization the game has on Android devices. The multiplayer has become incredibly grindy.

Over the span of 14 days, even the people at top leaderboard struggle to achieve LL until the end of 9th day. So, majority of people are stuck playing with less fun B class cars in boring races. Green strike mode if not worst is by far one of the worse ideas implemented in the game. I appreciate all the new content tracks, spotlights and hunts that you bestow upon us but multiplayer is still the heart of the game and it's state right now it's one of the worst I've ever seen.

Most of my friends with whom I used to play the game have left ever since unite dropped with poor optimization and removal of clash and I lowkey miss them

The division breakup like gold 1, gold 2, gold 3 don't hold any value if people are anyways spam a single good car throughout gold and platinum. Example, Vanda spammed from gold all the way to plat until they get to play with ultima and speed tail. Makes me question what's even the use of the divisions, it has only made the mp needlessly grindy. At least, bring back the +50/-20 progression in mp. Let the people who deserve to progress faster, progress faster.

I play mp1 solely on the last 3 days out of 14 days, and I still finish top 300 on leaderboard. Give me a single reason why I should play boring races with slower cars for the majority of 14 days for mediocre milestone rewards.

Well, that's just my two cents from a guy/player who has played this game for 5+ years and has invested some money in the game. It's sad to see its current state. I tried to speak as formally as I could in the hopes you won't ignore. Which u usually do.

This is the type of player Gameloft despises. I completely agree with him; despite being at level 20 with many unlocked cars, but lacking the key, I'm stuck with only the Chevrolet Grand Sport, from the B series. I'm practically at "Platinum" and I'm still stuck with it, even though I have an Apollo with a 4,000 rating, it doesn't offer me the stability in curves that the Chevrolet does.

I understand that unlocking cars all at once makes the company lose money, but as long as you (the company) remain focused on money, the quality will drop and more players will notice (although I agree that most know this, but don't want to admit it). In short, the same "greedy eye" that undermines the morale of many companies may be the case now. I admit, I love racing and this game is incredible, but it's not possible that the same thing is always the company's focus.

Bro my game suddenly loads 100x slower after i updated my drivers. It might pass the starting loading screen but when I try to race, it never loads. I havent been updating my drivers for 2 years (lol) and the game loads fine but crazy stuttering frames and lag. Now that I updated it, everything feels smoother but the game won't load. Actually, this error happened too when Unite just launched and is the reason i quit. I tried using VPN, it makes the starting loading screen a bit quicker, but I still can't load my race.

Im not good at mobile so if i lose access to my PC then my grand prix is cooked 😭 (and everything else)

Keyboard Steering Issue on PC

Asphalt Legend’s driving model is clearly designed for analog input (controller/touch), but keyboard steering is fully digital (on/off).

This causes over-steering, speed loss, and unstable cornering, even with low sensitivity and proper driving. Keyboard players are therefore at a permanent disadvantage compared to controller users.

This is a design limitation, not a skill issue.

Adding simulated analog steering or advanced keyboard steering options (smoothing, steering curve) would greatly improve the PC experience.

I think who ever bought bundle pass or ultimate pass didn’t get those 10 BPs as they were added later… so I just want to confirm if this change was done later. Because both passes directly let you claim up to stage 8 or 15 respectively… which means when those BPs got added later they were not claimable for those folks.

I counted on my account and I am for sure missing those 10 BPs.

you'll find that fps is set to 30, just remove the numbers and save

it's probably in read only and it's set to 30

if you find the file, open it in a note pad and press ctrl + F and type fps

it'll send you to the line directly

Are you plan to fix a bug of never appearing Aston Martin Valkyrie blueprints in Legend Store? On Unite lauch there were blueprints of Valkyrie in store. But then GL broke something, and now Valkyrie blueprints never appear in Legend Store despite of a garage level. (Epics appear, but not blueprints). After investigating this with other club members, I am certain this bug is linked to the Lego Spotlight Event from Aug 2025, I was able to purchase the Valkyrie blueprints from the legend store when they did randomly appear prior to that event, BUT once I had purchased a couple of the blueprints (2-4 can't remember exact amount) from the Lego Spotlight Event Shop/Store they stopped appearing in the Legend Store, after checking with other club members, they said that they can still buy the blueprints from the Legend Store, I dicovered the only difference was that I had purchased the Valkyrie blueprint from the Lego Shop and they DID NOT purchase any from the Lego Shop during that Spotlight Event, please forward this along to the Devs/bug team.

I'd be happy to shed some light on this. You see, the Drive Syndicate relay packs disappeared because, according to the original schedule, both the event and its offers were planned to end yesterday. For that reason, the packs were removed as expected.
However, due to some necessary technical adjustments on our side, the Drive Syndicate event itself was extended for an additional day. Since the packs were already scheduled to end with the original event timing, they were not brought back during this extra period.
This isn’t a bug, but rather a timing mismatch caused by the late extension, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion this created. On the bright side, I hope you were able to enjoy the extra day of the Syndicate event and make the most of it!

Recently, I installed the game back on my PC after not playing for some years, and I was surprised with 2 issues, the first one being about how the game looked, having a lot of black flashing parts all over the place (I managed to fix it I think, but I will still leave the video here if needed, it’s the second one). The second one had to do with the graphics and particles when playing the game, having really cursed textures on anything Nitro related. For instance, when I enabled nitro, the flashes started bugging, and when other competitors enabled their nitro or a nitro bottle was near, it started blinking in a really odd way, being an issue that I still have to this day. Is the any fix or reason for this?

I thought that GL had said in a previous season that the Legend store would only show Trade Epics for cars that we do not have 'Golden', my Chevy ZL1 is 'Golden' and I do NOT have any epics for it in my garage, whereas my Rimac Concept-one is maxed and I have epics in garage ready to Golden when required.
When is GL going to make Legend store Trade epics worth while for long term players, yes I have over 1 million Trade tokens just waiting to be used.

Intended, that's how LP works, the discount you get is on the bundle pass, which the button on the right, you have the discount from 30$ to 15$
