@rocky citrus and @cerulean hazel , I also have that problem and have already pointed it out here. That is caused by those in game popups, which use msedgewebview2.exe to show up. Microsoft embedded an efficiency mode there, which can't be switched off permanently. What I usually do is go to task manager and look where is a green leaf, click in it with the right button, properties, right click again, priority and set it to normal. This has to be done with the game open. Then I close the game in task manager too, because there's no other way to do it. Sometimes it works and the game opens normally, others I have to do it all again.

Not a Windows issue, but reporting it here as I mainly play on Windows and there is still no general bug report channel here. There are a couple of places in Cairo where there is invisible crash "walls", and if I remember correctly, these are exactly where there used to be road signs overhanging the road when the game was first launched which were later removed. However, since this update it's as if the collisions are back but the visuals are gone.

This is an under rated issue. It’s always automatically selected the next race button. Now it’s changed so we accidentally watch more ads than we intend. I play the game with a phone controller one handed and it’s basically impossible to do so now

Open up a command prompt (Windows Key+R -> cmd.exe) then run wsreset.exe, this will reset the Windows Store, clear cache etc (you may or may not have to sign into the Windows Store when you open it). If you have trouble trying to install ALU after doing this, uninstall ALU (if installed and corrupted, also may be best to uninstall via Revo Uninstaller), and run wsreset.exe again, and then connect via VPN, open up Windows Store and then download it. You may need to disconnect from the VPN before launching the game, as ALU is picky about VPNs.

ABOUT THE UNFAIR DIFFERENCE WITH AD MULTIPLIERS BETWEEN PLAYERS
Different players have different add sequence (constant) and this is deeply unfair.

For example:
One of my game mates has x20 as first multiplier, so usually he complete one race and then simply relaunch the game. This way he has x20 all the time (almost).

Another of my game mates has x12 x12 x12 in the beginning of his ad sequence, so he runs 3 races and then quit and then start again.

And I have the poor multipliers in the beginning. I have x12 only at 5th and 7th race. And x20 only at 19th race!
Because of this, I get much less credits per race than my mates and need to grind much more for the same amount of credits. THIS IS DEEPLY UNFAIR.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Change the ad multiplier sequence once a month for ALL players.
OR
Make the multiplier sequence the same for all players.

We also have another issue, on special events where the credits reward is higher (bev stage 1). If you have VIP credits increase,the x12 reward doesn't even show up.

This is not about the VIP points. If the race's rep point is 120 and if your reputation level 80+, then 12x or 20x don't show up in those races.
Try to play races which give 90 rep points. Then you will see the 12x and 20x ads.

This rep points are raw rep points which are given without holding a pass. Holding a pass does not change advertisement behaviour but provides you more rep point per race.

i.e: 3rd Part of ZR1 event provides 120 rep points. Other parts provide 90 points. If you play part 3 only for extra rep, you will not see the 12x or 20x ads if your reputatiopn level is above 80.

Prior to VIP every special event stage 1 gave extra credits and I got an x12 multiplier

Stage 5. Rep 90 and should be x12. My first race is always an x12 but no longer.

I'm sure the issue is the total credits being 6441. This should equate to 77,492 on the x12 multiplyer.

My guess is there is a limit on the x12 multiplyer that hasn't been adjusted.

Try to play longer. They might changed the order. Mine now gives 20x at 8th, 9th, 11th and 13th race. 10th, 15th, 16th and 17th are 12x. They give 12x and 20x 10 times a day. I didn't try the rest.

I have been facing severe 100 CPU usage issiues for the last weeks and I am getting tired of this. Today it really got out of hand. I use 12700k CPU with 360mm AIO, in other games under most heavy loads with 4k ultra settings etc my CPU doesnt go over 50-55*C at all. But in both Steam and Microsoft Store versions of the game my CPU usage jumps to 100% at initial launch and it reaches 80+ degree celcius tempereratures. I tried to look on webs and forums but couldnt find a problem solution. Anyone else facing similar problem and have an idea how to fix this?

Also NVIDIA App doesnt recognize the game, I tried to add it to settings library by hand but it says "this application does not support optimization", so I cant force open the game through NVIDIA App to utilize my GPU either. Something aint right and I dont want to butcher my hardware everytime I open the game. Its freaking scary when you see CPU goes to near 90 degree in a not so demanding game

Can there be a change in how keys for a car is set up? Why?

We have way too many cars available to us, that need the key. and what ive observed over 3-4 years, are below..
Its observations, and also maybe a suggestion to make some good changes..

Its costly, in most cases, it takes forever to get the necessary blue prints of ANY CAR for whatever they are rated for.
Getting the keys through a series of races is exhausting, cause its either build up the car = the exact car in these races, taking whatever time and money to get starred up enough and build up enough to have a chance at getting the key.

Im even at garage level 47 or 48 and still seems to be a no go, at times. Just looking at the cars available to us, for me, its well over 15 needed keys.

My suggestion, is in a way simple. For these cars that need a key, how about in races, with the full star value, it can be ANY car, at that level of stars to try and win a race even with the option to for that needed key for a car, to get that needed car? That would end the idea, of seeing, literally at least a dozen cars, already built up to a level, and cant play it, because its missing the key, except for those races, that give us the chance to run it, maybe get more blueprints, imports, and building them as we go.

Same thing with the IMPORT stuff, to finish off the Maxed Car, to MAXED OUT CAR.

Keep the packages going though, but i think its a bad deal, that we have spent money and time, to build up a car, to even maxed (just the blueprints, usually), and we cant use them in the necessary races, that are part of the game.

The credits multipliers for ads are not working correctly with the VIP bonus when you buy the daily events pass.

I get a x12 on my first race. This works correctly with the VIP bonus. Round 1 of the lexus special event gives around 70k credits.

When I purchase the daily events pass, it crosses the threshold set in the game and as a result the first race after logging in only gives a x3 multiplier.

Is this intentional and if so, why are you penalising people who are higher VIP levels and buy the daily events pass?

So, click on customer care and you would get a tab that needs both your email that you use for and the ticket id.

To get the ticket id, go to https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/15-asphalt-legends-unite/ this website, then create a complaint by searching by banned on the search tab. After that, fill it out and wait for the response
When you get the file, it should say the ticket id at the title of response, and then go back to that same tab and put in your email and those number. Wait for a few days after that and then they should unban you.

Why is the BUGATTI-VEYRON, which appears in the legend store at garage level 59, never available for credit purchase?
The same S-class NARAN's BP can be purchased for 300,000 credits.
I've never seen a BP in the store that I couldn't buy with credits.

The BUGATTI-VEYRON is the only blueprint that has been displayed in the legendary store that couldn't be purchased with credits up until now, so I think it might be a "bug or setting issues" that the programmer forgot to set up.

Since last update, I noticed some screens don't fit like they used to and have to be moved/scrolled horizontally. On the GP Standings screen, the right side is cut off so you only see part of the stats bar in the upper right. I can grab the screen and move it to see the remainder. I would guess it's trying to encourage you to spend tokens when you reach that Garage Level. But as you note about the Naran which is one level down from your current level, that is now occasionally available for credits, you'll most likely find that when you get to level 60, the Veyron will also be available for credits. Luckily the Lambo Sian is a Showroom car, so BP's can be obtained that way, albeit one heck of a slog. So at least you won't be waiting for years for those BPs to be available for credits.

I was wondering why there was no car that could not be purchased with credits among the cars displayed in the store.
This game is sometimes inconsistent and confusing.
If Vayron can be purchased with credits at level 60, that would be good news for me. I'll be reaching level 60 soon.
Lambo Sian was given out so much that it easily became a gold car in the first showroom event, so it is not rare and I feel it is not suitable as a reward for level 60. The setting is unnatural.
Since the highest level is level 60, I think that at least to reward the effort, uncollected Venom or Bolide should be placed even for level 60 players.

Speaking of which, the price of BP tokens in the Legend-store is too high.
No one will buy Vayron BP at 495 tokens per 1BP. because the appearance rate of a 900 token Gacha is usually 10%, and the theoretical expected value you can get with 900 tokens is 5.9 BP.

900÷5.9 is approximately 152.
The 495 tokens/1 BP sold in the store is abnormally high, so no one sees any benefit in the BP sold by tokens displayed in the store. In other words, even if it is displayed in the store, no one will buy it because they will feel that it is NOT a good price, so the display of BP itself is meaningless.

I have been playing this game every day for seven years since it was released, and I feel that players are often disappointed by such "poorly thought setting"..😞

Seriously gameloft, why do we still have Chicago 30 second tracks in classic mode. I've said this a ton of times here, 30 second tracks are not worthy of a world league, it's been like this for months and you guys still can't fix this. If you have a top speed oriented car in a 30 second track is an automatic loss if there are agile cars in the race. Make it fair, only 60' tracks as it has always been.

Even if you go to private races, those Chicago 30' tracks are not labeled properly. They are labeled as 60 or 90, I don't remember which, but that might give you a clue on how to fix it.

we have over 30 cars that need keys to be 'our own'... with the drop rate that sucks, and the setups of these keys, very seldom do we find a real set up to get these keys. The real set up, is, in a race, if it needs 5 stars, then every 5 star car we got, is able to get that key.
The other methods, are if anything, fraud... there isnt 1 of us, that get a chance to run these cars, and build them up while we can... which takes time, with the lousy drop rates, or costly with money to get it done as well...
When is this going to get solved, either fix the drop rates, lower the cost of the keys, or make it as i mentioned above.... we need a key for a 5 star, it shouldnt just be that car we need, it should be the cars we already have, that are also in the mix to get these keys....

Every time I enter the game this appears, and it only advances when I click on Play Offline, or on X, to exit that window, and to continue to advance the synchronization and then it enters with all my cars and the game continues...

This is there even in macOS version. Also there was a new event with fish pic in daily events, all club rewards was claimable, so I claimed it, then the event vanished. It had 50 VIP points in solo rewards.
