Customer care agents should be educated and given training on how to really help people. 1000s of players wont come to u because they got a false ban in a day. Clearly something is wrong. Instead of telling customers that they are wrong and that GL made no mistake in the cb ban, doublecheck with your bosses first. Your paycheck comes from the players. You wont be having a job if majority of players quit this game.

Sorry, its not clear to me from the screenshot. Is the person reporting the coming hotfix a mod or someone repeating what they were told by a mod? I ask because if its a mod and they also ate reporting the Samsung fix then they arent that reliable because the fix is not a blanket successful fix. Honestly i dont think its anything to do with the app or if it is its a combination of whatever app side and a servwr issue that i think is related to client polling, latency/ping times

But whatever else is involved unfortunately the Galaxy Store download is not a 100% successful fix but if it is server related then that makes perfect sense and those using it, where it hasnt failed is just because they havent created the correct trigger to make the DQ happen

Again, its great that it has seemed to help some folks but theres more at play here. Do u really think that if the fix was that simple we'd still be sitting here waiting. Id hoped it was the fix, really did but its something else the devs have either tweeked or something thats responsible. Other than whatever device checks there are and perhaps Samsung optimizations (doubtful) the filr from the Galaxy store and Google play are the same file

If you know anything about code then you would know that the Galaxy file being a fix was a longshot at best.

Here's my worry in a nutshell. 1st, the way the coming hotfix was presented. "attempts to address", that wording is prety much a pre-amble to an excuse for failure. 2nd, anyone connected to GL would know the Galaxy file and Google Play file are the same file but they still perpetuated the myth of the Samsung fix. Ya hafta ask yourself why would they do this? There is not possibly any positive motivation for obfuscating the truth. Lastly then, how credible is this hotfix news because certainly the rest raises some serious concerns about the veracity of the whole thing and the knowledge level/credibility of the person/mod/whatever disseminating the info

So we wait and see but I hafta say again that a week for a maybe fix is without a doubt PATHETIC

The anti cheat mechanism that they have implemented is laughable. If you face lag, you get banned. Really Asphalt 9 developers? Is this what you guys could only come up with?

The best anti-cheat mechanism would have been cross checking the game files integrity with the files hosted on your server.

For eg. If somebody is using the hacked cracked version of Asphalt 9, at the game launch, the sha-1 and md-5 checksum of every gamefile should be cross checked with files hosted on your server. If the anti-cheat mechanism finds any modified game file, then the game shouldnt be allowed to run or the player simply shouldnt be allowed to play MP matches period.
