@vital radish hi, my ban was already lifted and im not playing mp as of the moment. I reinstalled a9 from play store and since many players here still get the same symptoms, i decided not to play mp

I'm sitting in my third temp ban right now about to be kicked out of my team because I can't contribute and I have never done anything but played the game except with the app downloaded from the Google Play Store. Reduce the milestone requirements , many club's top players including ours are in false CB , any sensible person would know it's impossible to hack right away after updating and the Customer care is giving pre written garbage response to everyone and they are not being helpful

Reduce the milestone requirements to 2k/3k/day for the top milestone until you resolve the issue

You guys are responsible for your bug and not innocent legit players who don't even know anything about CB

I was playing multiplayer race with Lamborghini Egoista. I was about to win the race since I was 1st and on the finish line I got a message disqualified for no reason. Now my rep is not counted for my account and unable to contribute to club.

Not sure why this happened with a legit player who has always played fair and has never used any cheat or mod.

Kindly fix the same for my account ASAP since new season is about to start today.

To your programmers: play the update from the Galaxy Store to the other stores and there are no problems with Bans anymore. Again to write. It is a mistake of your updates on Playstore. It is not a mistake on our part. You have to take the update out of the playstore and replace it with the one from the galaxy store. Since it is not a mistake on our part of the player, we demand a generous compensation for the non-permissible ban on your part. 1. Compensation for the multiplayer world season, since we had no opportunity to get points by placements. 2. The support isn't actual support it's just rejects in a call center if you get anything more than a bot response it's something ridiculously stupid and then your request goes in the trash. Rarely does anything actually get forwarded to any sort of actual development support

You think if it did we'd still be sitting here now with this problem. The first what 24-48 hours we spent with them just sending back copy paste moronic responses completely wasted

But hey they work cheap and that's why so many companies have farmed out their telephone support to these useless Filipino call centers

The company that provides my extended Healthcare benefits did that recently and I had to get a lawyer and threaten to sue them because of the absolutely horrendous level of support I got when I called in
