@kind citrus @dark knoll guyzz the syncing problem is due to the Airtel network, i changed mine from Airtel to Jio, its perfectly working fine.
Even though ur airtel network is strong the game wont work, something going on with the airtel and game server, try switching from airtel to someother it would easily work even though the new network is a bit slow.

And my device is also a Samsung device, Galaxy S7 Edge.

Ok. It would be nice to know how I triggered CB, but it doesn't look like anyone here knows how they triggered it either. I know from previous GL games that contacting GL support is useless. @flint mauve yeah at times it doesn't connect, or when it connects it doesn't show any events/mp. My WiFi and Data connection doesn't have any problem at all. I can play PUBG and do other things very well. It is a problem with this game.

@craggy hamlet Mate mine is just opposite. On WiFi it doesn't even show anything, while on mobile data it opens sometime during late night. Really frustrated with this game now. Can't keep trying this awful scenario everyday. If it's not fixed, best is to uninstall this. I am done with this.

What you can try to make sure none of the game files are corrupted someway is Uninstall the game completely. Clear cache on device. Clear cache on Play Store. Make sure any apps that can interfere with A9 is turned off or disabled. Reinstall game.

There is something fishy about the current MP season. I have a maxed Porsche 911 and a ~2500 Ford GT and I swear many times these damn cars have the top speed artificially limited (around 250 kmh). So now, everytime I go to the event tag it always forces the screen over it, yelling "hey! Come claim me!" And locking the screen's focus onto that specific event until I click away. It keeps persisting even though I'm completely unable to claim it

Latest update the game has more lags. It was better in previous version. Scotland tracks became as lag as us midwest/san francisco tracks now. People keep teleporting while mine lagging in multiplayers. Maybe the latest update takes too much RAM, i dont know exactly. Please optimize it, especially for low end device. Because there're more players are on low devices instead of flagships, and it'll be more useful than optimizing on high end devices which of course have very well specification to run asphalt 9. Hello, here i report the perfomance issue on my device (xperia z5), before and after the latest update:

Before 1.5.3a:

Scotland: moderate lags
Shanghai: moderate lags
Himalaya: moderate lags (with late start issue in MP)
Cairo: moderate lags (worse/FPS drop/stuttering while passing through short/unfinished tunnel)
Rome: heavy lags
San francisco: heavy lags (worse/FPS drop/stuttering while passing through tunnel using perfomance setting)
Us midwest: heavy lags (worse/FPS drop/stuttering while near the railway station, and whirlwind curve starting place using perfomance setting)

After 1.5.3a:

All tracks became heavy lags, and with their own issue, which remain unfixed.
Of course, carribean having heavy lags, PLUS it also has stuttering/FPS drop while in tunnel using perfomance setting.

Please fix this, atleast revert the perfomance like the previous one asap. It's so frustating to play MP with this much lags. I think, this terzo special event gonna be the best special event ever (so far), so please don't make lags ruin this party.

Hello there! Game is randomly failing/crashing on Asus ROG Phone since Regera-update.
It's happening:

• randomly at the menu after switching windows (like from MP window to events window or any combination)
  -randomly at the menu after making some action requiring a screen to change
  -right after pushing a button "PLAY" before start of the race
• at the countdown on starting grid at the beginning of race
  or
  -right after end of the countdown at the start

The water looks Quite Pixelated on High Graphics while at low graphics it looks normal
This is happening with everyone.
I used Honor 8 4 GB/32 GB.
That water glitch happens with the newly applied water visual on Android.
Previously present water is alright and stands out from glitched water.
It happens as soon as we get to see that water on the new Caribbean track.
I doesn't affect the gameplay or anything else and is just a visual(graphical) problem.

P.S. I really liked the effort to fix that dry land thing on Android as soon as possible. Hope the Devs will fix this new issue soon too.

Please do something. It was so peaceful for a while without hackers on Android. But now every third or fourth player in mp is using different types of hacks such as infinite acceleration, nitro, speed, teleportation and what not. Don't fix physics or graphics or glitches. Just throw out hackers from the game (Android) as soon as possible. I know it's a tough task but you still gotta do it. Right? 🙂

@tame grove until a program can be created to totally block or destroy hacking programs, hacks & cheats are going to be a constant annoyance to any website. Every time a patch or update is created, it plugs the holes & strengthens the weak links in the coding that hackers used to exploit that website. Then there will be a nice peaceful lull since all past hacking programs are blocked & now obsolete. That will last until those hackers pour over every line of code trying to force an exploit until they are successful in finding a new weak link & then the whole process repeats all over again.

LG G6 lagging like hell even on lowest settings, especially in MP, sometimes the framerate would dip as low as 5fps or so, making the game very unenjoyable. Please reduce graphics settings for my device, and maybe optimize the game some more. Thanks.

My game crashes after 3-6 races, and it happens mostly on US Midwest, but that also happens at any other locations. Also, what about the bounces/knockdown inconsistencies? Those happen since day one of the WWR (hell, even at the soft launch) and you don't even bother to fix those! Why? Just why?!

as soon Gameloft stopped using their own ad client and relied on Vungle and Unity, the game started crashing like crazy.
And a brand new bug: if the game crashed by an ad, it will crash again at startup, so you have to open the app twice

Vungle and Google's ad clients caused more crashes than most, while Gameloft's own ad client runs flawlessly
Best that you use that for the time being, remember: this is your sole F2P source of revenue
