so, i connected my xbox one wired controller. it worked just fine until the car crashed, after the respawn steering didn't work, drift and nitro worked. same happened to me when connected the keyboard. it seems like after a wreck the steering drops

Optimize the game or just let us customize our Graphics / fps. The fps is capped at 30 yet feels like 15 and on certain tracks even lower.After each update it gets worse and worse , feels heavy but not smooth. Whenever you contact Customer Care , their advice is "to restart your phone and make sure you have good connection" - Yeah , there is no difference between bad performing and unstable connection 🤦 .Seems like we're forced to play on Windows or iOS to have a good experience in terms of performance because everything is capped on Android.

The graphics on "Default" feels heavy and way too blurry (worst option by far as both performance and high quality seems better in terms of performing).

In update 2 we had massive lag and major frame drops in us midwest, scotland and one more location!!
Am glad that they fixed it can play in default again
But recently i realised the major frame drops has shiffted to himalayas and san fransisco after update 3!!

@carmine current @brisk fox With the Credit drops rates - yes. You still would get them, but less than before. Before you often had a 4-5 pack with Credits in a row. I'm not saying that it can't happen right now, but it will happen less often than before.

I played 21 races of acura and received only 1 bp why the drop rate is so low if you doesn't want to give the bp then do not introduce car hunts i am playing night and day for the bp and for all my hard work i get nothing in return. Same thing is happening with the another car hunt.😤 😤

@nova merlin If you have installed the game from another sources than Google Play Store, that's the reason why you can't connect with Facebook/Google.
Or it's Android 9.0 Pie bug, it has just released 5 months ago. Don't expect fully supported apps with this version of OS

maybe some ads from google play service might be not compatible with the game(because there are some portrait video ads on A9(witch is landscape game).

Only ad that work in this game is the forced ad that comes between moving around menu and for watching that ad we dont get anything. No refill, No credits, no tokens no blueprints or anything

Yes. ADs watching is not possible at all., every time you watch ADs to refill fuel / ticket or to get free stuff., for one successful atempt your game restarts atleast 4 times in a row., thing if i watch Ad for Apollo .. the Game restarts 16 times....

yes, ads can crash for 10 minutes straight and you're just staring at your screen thinking what the heck happened, cos your 6 hour chiron is still 5 hours 50 minutes from refuel and all the ads dont work

Finding the problem might be not very hard, but we need someone to play thouse ads while he using live logcat on his phone to record thouse errors(and this live logcat may need a rooted phone to work properly)

I love slipstream. The performance is soo good (the video below). Had to record the whole race while playing actually, the replay doesnt shows the lag i actually experienced during the race , it caused me crashing and finish 2nd. You can kinda see on the 2 ramps , yet i'll try to record my next races.

Yeah about the ad crashes
it still happens, but more in the likes of the game not responding (cannot close ad and pops up an error 20 seconds after ad ends)

Hello @vital radish I've notice you did changes on ads, which is awesome, but... yeah, but there's ads that they still crash your phone. Most of the time, happens since the beginning of the ad and when is over just restarts the game. I can record, but will take time editing and making the size smaller.

You can notice, if you tap your screen in the middle of the ad has to show you the seconds (till the ad is over), if NOT (doesn't show you anything) the game will crash

and UnityAds, they are the biggest problem

You should no longer have issues with UnityAds.

Please send a screenshot or video if you do.

UnityAds and Vungle work perfectly, it's just that the game itself will freeze, unable to close the ads and forces us a restart

And sometimes responds just for screen rotation while not responding touch

can this game FIX ads issues . How do they expect us to refill a 3 hour refill car if 75% of the ads freezes or the game shuts down and mostly the ads wouldn't even play and same goes to when you using VPN .

Don't know where my ads Id is so can't post it but that's just one of many freezes I've had today and the whole ad plays so Gameloft gets paid for it and I lose my reward cause it's froze so I'd like some tokens for all the hassle I'm having to deal with.

@lean hound They can't remove the tickets system in event, they need there for some money . The only thing they can do is if we can refill them normally as the way we do with the cars using ads .

Support for controllers on Android just isn't right. The analog stick on no controller I've used is realistically useable. Even with sensitivity set to 0%, its like its set to 1000%, there is nothing analog about it, slight turns without speed loss (or significant speed loss) are impossible.
Its like there is a typo somewhere and a decimel point is in the wrong place, or there are one too many zeros. I gather the other platforms don't have this issue from asking around.
