They care about doing a good multiplayer season and things but not fixing ads it seems, they don't even reply to ask logs or system informations, and they should also receive less money since we can't watch ads

@barren radish I don't think it's resolution, it's anti aliasing and those things that seems missing. However the graphics is so heavy that they would be a problem except for windows players I suppose. I have a 1080p screen and I see bad edges, no not really a resolution problem. If you have low fps then lower the graphics quality until you are fine

Hello there. There is a big problem im my multiplayer connection. I dont know why and how it happens. Iam diconnecting in every race in mp and losing my point. During the race i my car just explodes and gives this massage: the application was suspended.

It happens almost in every race. Thats discouraging and if it does not get fixed i have to uninstall the game.

@white latch I would bet the lag issue with your s8 are all the background processes Samsung phones are notorious for. All those processes eat up available ram and slow everything down. firewall and antivirus for Android are available via 3rd party apps ... They don't know if you have installed any such apps so they are just trying to cover that base.. One option for you is look into installing a custom ROM and drop Samsung's touchwize junk with all its extra bloatware and background processes.

My old 2014 release oneplus one plays this flawlessly

If you're mid race, pause and come back after using another app it's all good and resumes right where it was but if you're in a menu or whatever and do that it force refreshes

Nitro get's magically activated when I save up for shockwave

It happened multiple times in expert race in icona vulcano titanium

To see if I'm accidentally tapping the nitro I placed my phone on a table and drifted all the way until nitro bar is full with a single finger and when I take my finger off nitro automatically got activated wth? Nobody had touched it

It happens a few times, I have a Pie phone, the app crashes from time to time.

@north oyster @lyric citrus Android Pie isn't fully supported, so that's why there are issues with some apps. Also, Android 9.0 Pie has just released and it's normal that could have some bugs that Google will fix them soon :)

I used to play on my Nougat tablet and aside from the speed of the device, it ran without problems.

Remove bloatware, so you'll see a huge performance increase. Also, uninstall unused apps, so they can use CPU, RAM and depleting your battery resulting in a poor gaming experience. Don't try app cleaners such as Clean Master, or any antivirus app, because your device has them pre-installed. Clear cache and don't forget to restart your phone once a week.

Optimize the game for Android 9 (Pie). I use a OnePlus 6 and the game crashes sometimes, but almost always whenever I play ads.

@elfin rivet He's in soft ban. Some noob must've reported him. Happened to me once where most of the people I got matched up with were either hackers or people who quit before the race began. If he's a legit player things should get back to normal within 24 hours.

Problem is, the algorithms cannot discern whether the anomaly is a glitch, or a cheat code or hack. That is why a player needs to contact the devs to investigate when they get tossed to the CB if they feel they haven't done anything wrong or hasn't used any cheats or hacks.

The odd thing is that this issue on Exynos devices is getting worse. It's unplayable on default and on performance it plays in slow motion. I am a daily player but it's now becoming a chore to play. Losing due to lag isn't great. I have also noticed the phone gets hot while playing, something that didn't used to happen.

The issue is Gameloft's side but who knows when they will fix. MP isn't fun and when playing with ropey frame rates its even less fun.
