@edgy turret its not about requiring x amount of battery, battery voltage is a completely different issue
older batteries cannot provide the same amount of voltage needed at all times. its why Apple hard restarts your phones when theyre old and you launch a demanding app. It keeps the battery from reaching unsafe voltages on old battery cells. but people didnt like that Apple took control of that, so they gave you a choice if you wanted to ignore that warning. Your phone is quite a bit older than most of the iphones people use now. a new battery would probably be sorely needed. its not about capacity, its about voltage

Since the update all of a sudden I'm getting "can't load video" errors for ads. I typically watch all the ads for the shop every day but I've only been able to see one since yesterday. I've also never been able to get "double your credits" by watching an ad. I've tried several times and it times out every time. This is both on WiFi and on regular data. If this problem is common you be setting a sharp reduction in ad revenue.

However, 100 % can see that the planning & operation team must have been scolded by the boss, which is exactly the same as the game operation in China, so it is eager to seek change. However, only Android does not have 60 fps, which is unwise, because it will make the user experience extremely bad, thus losing player traffic, which is also reflected in various forums of Android players at home and abroad.

@north warren the Note 3 Neo is a pared-down (read: slower and weaker) version of the Note 3, and since that one can't run the game well it's clear that the Neo would fare worse
also, just halve the resolution on GLTools, revert every setting and leave it as it is
cutting resolution in half will generally make the game run much faster, albeit slighty blurry

Did you maybe tried to picked them before you got "synchronizing with server"?
Anyway, you can ask Customer Care to look into this as they find if rewards were added automatically (basically you have only missed the animation of getting the rewards)

Surely the ads crash problem is widespread enough for testers to notice. No other game does that. And Gameloft know it. That's why they put an in-house ad system month or so back with only their games present, but they weren't getting revenue so they went back to 3rd party ads that crash constantly. What a mess!

@vital radish try tinkering with the graphics settings , ie set it to low , and check if you could see any difference , if there is no lag after changing graphics settings then your device couldn't keep up with the graphics else it's optimisation issues

My game crashes while playing/clicking to watch an ad for packs/fuel refill/tickets, and the game crashed while in the MP menu and while playing MP. My device is a Moto G5s Plus. The ad crash issues are there since the global release, and the MP crash issue is there since yesterday.

For the crashes when playing advertises, we would also need your Google Advertising ID
You can find in the Google Settings. In my case it was located in the phone Settings -> Google -> Ads where you will find it in the bottom.
You can also find more in the internet.

Another issue with the ads is that whenever some ad starts, the screen doesn't recognize any kinds of touch, and I have to restart the game. Sometimes I get the reward from watching the ad after restarting the game and other times I don't.

I personally wouldn't mind a lower graphics settings for higher fps but it sacrifices the active aero animations on cars in races which really sucks. I use a mid range a5 (2017) and I've had to use the low settings bc of lag.
I wish we could fine tune what graphical aspect of the game we want (eg depth of field, bloom etc. ) Like on pc but I'm not a developer so I don't know if they will

To accelerate my refuels, I have to watch ads on my Galaxy Tab S2 (running Android 7). Gameplay there isn't so bad, but it lags a bit, due to the enviro loading.

@white latch I have put the gfx down and it has solved the canyon issue, though there are lags here and there. I'm not sure of this is poor game optimization of just our devices getting old. Being the exynos variant we do have the weaker GPU. For gaming we need to go Snapdragon going forward I think.

Any time I try playing ads this happens, it's probably the same error everyone else is getting since it has the same cause
I've confirmed it's not actually a network issue since I've tried multiple networks, both of which could run ads just fine before the winter updates
