To be perfectly honest, I am a bit salty reading this, consider how much work and research we putted in "optimizing".
"Optimize" isn't magic, one does not simply say "optimizing" and game performance become better and better as they sitting at their computer working on it, to a point where any game can run on a washing machine.
Of course lower game resolution will help with GPU load, it's common knowledge to anyone playing game. But we have standard and there are many people don't like looking at a pixelated display.

One possible solution to issues like that could be allowing us to change some graphical settings just like on Windows.

It's not a Apple chip, Mediatek chip, Exynos or Snapdragon
The NVIDIA Tegra it uses is relatively differently designed to those iirc and a relatively old design
plus I would have to assume that data loading and writing would be different
It's got it's own weird OS with in general much heavier security than any phone
I'm no programmer but it is still relevant to the phone version's optimization
the main reason why iPhones/iPads run most games or programs better than Android in my experience, other than more powerful processors, is because apps can be more specifically optimized for only a select few hardware configs
With Android, you have to account for every possible option but the Apple CPUs

If reduce the game resolution is working for you, please kindly mention it, it may become an actual option if it work well enough for other cases.

well, I work extensively on many platforms but Switch isn't one of those, that's why I'm not active in Switch channels.

Whats the point of changing the look of shockwave for the veneno, sian, and gallardo? I think the old shockwave looks much better as the thick one on the veneno, sian, and gallardo really hurts my eyes since there is so much bright pink.
