The Level 46 mission "Reconstructive Feedback" does not count the Adv. Steel Mill for the task to assist 8 Steel Mills. The Adv. Steel Mill counts as a regular Steel Mill in every other mission to make armor patch kits and the like, so it should be included in this mission.

Steps to reproduce: Visit Skarborough with the mission "Reconstructive Feedback", then assist the Adv. Steel Mill
