Silver Wolf encounters in mission drop steel and iron like crazy. Maybe we can have a fraction of those drops in regular encounters like those of sovereign navy? Please Madrona, I NEED this. My outpost is kind of steel less? 😭

Rebels seem shockingly well funded and developed. A boosted chance for t3 resources would fit better.
