#Reduce Blockhouse + Watchtower Population Requirement

Okay I'll just be blunt; needing 2 people to man MASSIVE structures such as the Garrison and Armored Fortress makes sense.

However, both the Blockhouse and Watchtower are smaller structures, with smaller defense radii, and are eventually outclassed by the Lightning Tower (which only requires 1 population anyhow and STILL beats them in range and space taken up on the map [2x2 as opposed to 3x3]).

To make both of these structures more feasible to keep around [looks wise/battle wise].... just require 1 population instead of 2.

That and it makes no sense that Pillbox -> Armored Pillbox is just 1 population, but the next step up, Blockhouses, requires 2x the manpower to man it.

At that point you're stuck deciding between 2 pillboxes/armored pillboxes or 1 blockhouse, when they should each be direct, CLEAR upgrades over each other.

To be pedantic, probably comms and spotting. Solo snipers aren't as common as the game makes them out to be.
But yeah, that's just an excuse. Greedy defensive structures, sucking up my population for no discernible gain. Surely there's no problem with relying on militia and reactive strikes!

Don't forget that Flame Turrets, Chemical Sprinklers, Lightning Towers and Armor Mulchers are all automated defenses and yet still require 1 pop for some reason...
By that logic the Ancient Artifact should need 1 pop since Percival literally says that it needs to be activated manually, but when has anything in this game made sense?

also the flame turret's completely outclassed at this point by... everything (hell the unmanned flame turret is a significantly better investment) and the armored mulcher is...

... costly for just defending 10 spaces and you NEED to build 2 of them (????) for a mission.
