I recently unlocked 3 of the repeatable boss battles and I noticed they are all the same color as normal encounters on the world map. When they all first appeared they were red like mission specific battles, but with them being yellow now they can get lost amongst the rest of them. The Dreadnaught specifically can get mistaken for shadow force navy at a glance so when quickly checking, you may not even notice it in comparison to normal shadow force encounters.
My suggestion is changing the color of them to yellow to an orange or something similar to differentiate them from others so they won't get lost and tell the player "this is something different. You'll need to prepare". The Dreadnaught having a larger square on the map is good, but it may be easier to tell apart if they were different colored.
