Currently, when players fight encounters that appear in someone else’s base, they receive the same rewards as if they were fighting the encounter in their own base — including SP. This can unintentionally encourage players to clear encounters in other bases for the SP gain rather than to genuinely help.

When a player fights an encounter in another player’s base, they should only receive gold and item drops, but no SP.

This change would make encounters in other bases a cooperative feature, not a way to exploit SP gains.

If the goal is to make it purely altruistic/genuine help, then removing all rewards makes more sense than just SP.
One step below that is to only give merits regardless of what the encounter was.

Imo implementing the ability to reject help from the Z2 iteration is better for the problem of encounter stealing, but that seems different from what you're looking for.

I think that giving the person who got raided resources as well is also good incentive

Or make one encounter count as 2 helps reduced from your 50 help bar
