mostly their barrack and veh fac have already reached an assistance cap, and the colddown is unknown now

@wet gazelle it has been confirmed that each building has a limit on how many times it can be assisted

I only have 7 friends and none can assist my VFs - I have four of them running and no assists received in the last 24 hours. Other friends confirm the same thing.

Hey, I added a lot of friend D1 of friend feature, I noticed that I didn't get assisted since +50 hours now, only my few of my news stuctures seems able to receive help, is that normal ?
