upgrading buildings

so theres nothing being upgraded at the moment and it wont let me upgrade a new building i have to close the game out then it works as normal

I think this is a glitch
If you restart the game I think it’ll fix it (I think that’s what I did when it happened to me)

Same problem here, but closing the game doesn't work for me

I had the same bug, but restarting did help. I'm on Android with the latest version.
